Irony

Irony is a part of everyone's life, whether they live it, or they have witnessed it. Irony is similar to sarcasm and satire. Irony can also be a contradiction. This is so because irony is when one interprets a meaning and it turns out to be the total opposite. For example, a swimmer afraid of water is ironic. Another example: a fireman scared of fire is ironic. These examples are best useful because these examples have a person(s) who are skilled at what they are afraid of.
